To encourage the young champs of Advanced Academy for their praiseworthy performances in academic and co-curricular activities, a program was organised on 6th December 2021 in the school’s auditorium. Students were awarded by the very beautiful and most graceful Chief Guest for the occasion, “Ms Varsha Dongre” who is the winner of “Miss Deaf India 2018” and “Starlife Miss India 2021” titles. Miss Dongre is an inspiration for everyone. She came from a middle class family, where all three, her parents and sister are deaf. Despite her own speech and hearing impairment she has reached where most of us only dream to be. She is a very promising and hardworking young lady who wants to bring glory to her name and her country by making a mark in the field of modelling. She is well known for her sizzling ramp walks as a model and for her music videos. She is currently studying at “Indore Deaf Bilingual Academy”. Students were delighted to see Ms Dongre and were in awe of her beautiful and inspiring persona. She was helped by her mentor Ms. Monica Punjabi to interpret her sign language into words and to communicate with the students. She expressed her happiness in being a part of this event and wished all the winners the very best.
